Executive Director and Engineer: Xuping, Zheng
Xuping Zheng is the pioneer who participate the investment of Chinese POF research and production, he advanced the concept of "US$100 - 100 meter - 100 Mbps Integrated POF Access Network" in 2007. Xuping was the General Manager of Company when he acted as co-founder of establishing ZJY in 1994. He has authored "Omnibus of Patent Exchange Project" with epigraph from the Director of China State Intellectual Property Office. 
Xuping had started on research of SI-POF (PS) since 1995, and holds 3 registered patents. He integrated SI-POF (PS) with Christmas decorations in 1998, and playing a key role in the company's substantial growth to over US$100M in sales, that is occupying over 50% of the market and impelled the development of Chinese SI-POF (PS) manufacturing. Xuping managed a staff of 1000, including 100 administrative staff.
Prior to founding ZJY, Xuping was an expert in technology exchange and transfer, and gains significant experience in field.
General manager:  Yahui, Wang
Senior Engineer Yahui Wang is responsible for establishing Technical Standards for POF and applied Standards for Materials. Prior to joining ZJY, she has 20 years of experiences in material of POF, jacket and cladding, POF cabling and extrusion technology. Yahui was a senior researcher at Resin Application Research Institute of Beijing Yanhua Petrochemical Co., Ltd., SINOPEC., and honored with Yanshan Petroleum & Chemical Corporation and Sinopec's "Science and Technology Progress Award". 
Yahui holds a Master degree in Engineering from BUCT (Beijing University of Chemical Technology).
Financial Director:  Bin Chen
Bin Chen is registered accountant and registered appraiser. Prior to joining ZJY, he was an Independent Director in one of the listed companies on Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Chief Technical Officer and Chief Scientist:  Wei Li
The Chief Designer of Integrated POF Access Network System. Prior to joining ZJY, Professor Wei Li was a senior scientist at Optical Communication Research Center in BUPT (Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications), and a senior scientist of POF communication system project in Eindhoven University of Technology from 1997 to 2000. As a leading scientist in field, Wei has authored over 20 International academic thesis and he has been named as "Golden hand" by other experts and reported by overseas News Media because his contribution. He has also served as the leader of technology projects from Ministry of Posts and Tele-Communication, the China National Eighth Five-Years Plan, the 863 program of China and The Natural Science Foundation of Beijing, and his team honored with various National awards. Wei is one of the foremost scientists of POF Communication System research in China.
